Dress order
Dress was too small and I dont have much time to reorder. I opted not to use AI and asked for rep and got one. She was awesome, she helped me with info on ordering a try on dress and then I will have option to buy!

Hi there, I ordered two dresses for my granddaughter to wear to my daughter's weddings. My granddaughter is a junior bridesmaid.
Since she doesn't live with me, it took me a while to get accurate measurements, so I did order them later than was recommended. However, according to my ordering, they would’ve been here a couple of weeks before the wedding, so I felt comfortable going ahead and ordering them. About a week before the wedding, I got an email from you saying that the dresses were lost in shipping. I understand things happen, but there was no suggestion about a solution.
I also couldn't get a hold of anybody because there is no phone call I could make until the Tuesday of the next week. I tried to chat with someone on text, and they basically blamed me for not ordering it four months earlier. Again, I was already an upset patient; someone offering solutions would’ve been much more helpful than blaming me for not ordering them sooner and telling me there was nothing that could be done. I got on the website and saw that I could order try-on dresses that could get there in time, but the timeframe it gave me indicated that they would get here in time or not, depending on the shipping.
I asked if I could pay extra to have them fast shipped. Again, the person I was speaking to had no confirmation that they would ship them quickly and that I would pay for it so they could get here in time. This was a very bad experience for me. I will definitely not be recommending Azazie to anyone.
It is not because a mistake was made; it was because of how the mistake was handled. At a time when emotions are high and people are feeling very pressured, i.e., wedding planning, etc., helping with problem-solving, if there is one, especially one that's on your end, would’ve been much more helpful and wouldn’t have left me with the feeling that I will not be recommending your company to anyone.

Need return labels
I got two dresses you would try before you buy that did not come with return labels! I'm having a lot of trouble trying to get those labels!!!
No contact
I am placed in order accidentally canceled. It tried to make contact to cancel the order.
No one answered the phone. No contact was made.
Lost dress and re-order of tryon
I'm no longer pissed. Got a hold of an actual Azazie customer service individual, Miguel.
He was extremely nice and helpful. My try on dress arrived 2 days later, which was 2 days ago. We are one week from wedding, so I'm happy now! This issue occurred due to customs, not Azazie.
Now, if they can have their dresses not made in China, that would be a huge plus.
I was lucky that the tryon was available in my size. Of course, it was the same one I originally tried on, I believe.

Horrible customer service unable to return dress. Awful.
You get a run-around where they try to get you to sign up for some promotional service.
After repeating that I did not want to join please place me through to returns they refused and one person gave me a false number and was directed to direct tv!!! The worst

Purchase size wrong fits badly
The dress is a size 12 large it does not fit to big on top to tight in the waist . And the color is not what I expected

Need to exchange dress for bigger size
Ive tried reaching someone and have had no luck. There is no option at all.
Its been very frustrating. I also need to know if store credit is the only option.
