I'm no longer pissed. Got a hold of an actual Azazie customer service individual, Miguel.

He was extremely nice and helpful. My try on dress arrived 2 days later, which was 2 days ago. We are one week from wedding, so I'm happy now! This issue occurred due to customs, not Azazie.

Now, if they can have their dresses not made in China, that would be a huge plus.

I was lucky that the tryon was available in my size. Of course, it was the same one I originally tried on, I believe.

Nobody contacted me, I can't reach anybody. I can "email them" then they send a reply basically saying "I can't help you" then, there is no way to reply to that email. I need to talk to a person!!! This dress BURNED me!!!

That particular rep wasn’t the problem but did give me wrong info because I never got my order. He assured me that I was still getting it. I placed another order in which I could have reordered the items again but I didn’t want duplicates if I was still getting the first ones. My second order already shipped and the first one that I called about is still processing. I need those items for a wedding next week! Can someone please send them to me express!!
